Order with credit/debit cards Returns

Returns are charged at £2.00 unless you are returning by a Parties to you Ltd executive. Exceptions apply.

Exceptions

You must return items within 7 days in a new and unused condition. If you do not we may retain the item(s) and / or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. Items are credited to your account if payment is made by credit or debit card. If the payment has been made by cheque and not processed no monies will be credited.

A non-refundable collection charge of £30.00 will be applied to selected Large arrangements if returned or if delivery is refused unless the product is faulty.

Made to order items, Personalised stationary, Personalised favors, Specific items orderded for personal use can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We reserve the right to investigate into any return in ensure that they have been returned in the quality standard in which they were delivered. Helium inflated balloons cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty or have proved to be a hazard to health. Following return an investigation and risk assessment will be completed before any refund will be given.

Parties to you ltd Returns by an executive

You can contact the company direct (they will leave a number with the delivery), simply call 01633 220395 to arrange for one of the executives to collect the items from your home. Items left for collection are at your own risk. Items will not be credited back to your account until they reach Parties to you Ltd.

Parties to you Ltd Returns by Post

Simply fill in the address of the company and enclose your invoice note that was given on delivery and take to your nearest post office.
