Delivery Policy

To return any item:- Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the Packages the item arrives in can be used for the return) or we can arrange and executive to pick up the return, subject to located property. IMPORTANT: If returning item by post please send RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £3.00. We will replace units with the same unit or refund back to a credit card if the unit is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods Please post returns to the following address: Parties to you 30 Ombersley Road Newport Gwent NP20 3EE.

Refunds; You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Exchanges Unfortunately we cannot exchange units unless they are received faulty or the wrong unit is received incorrectly. Testing We do test every single return, if a returned unit is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the unit with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00..
